Order Minimum

First orders require a $150 USD minimum, with $200 USD minimums for subsequent orders. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the shop owner. Orders are processed through my online shop, and I’ll provide account details upon setup.

Shipping Cost and Timelines

Orders ship via UPS or USPS, with final shipping costs and methods determined by package weight and destination. Tracking numbers are provided once the order ships.

Order processing may take up to 14 business days, though it’s often faster depending on the order. After shipping, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. For rush orders, please reach out in advance so we can coordinate your preferred delivery date.

Returns and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, email me with photos within 5 days of receipt, and I’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please note that all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
